Maui.  Karen found my condo after I had been searching the MLS for
years.  She was very accommodating and worked with me whenever I was on
the island.  The transaction was done long distance over seas so she
did more that required to do.
She was very concise and explained everything clearly to me, in an
orderly fashion.  As I got many documents over the fax and emailed to
me it could of been overwhelming.  But is was not, she handled it
beautifully and things went smoother than I could of imagined.  I can
hardly wait to cash out here in California and use her again for
