There are 4 Kihei condo complexes that are very similar, they are usually the most inexpensive two bedroom residential Kihie condos available (these complexes have a few one bedrooms, but consist mostly of two bedroom units. They are Kihei Villages condo, Southpointe at Waiakoa, Keonekai Villages condos and Kihei Shores condos. None of these condos allow vacation rentals, only owner occupants or long term tenants. You will likely find some of the most affordable Kihei condos at any of these south Maui condo complexes.
